14-day refund

If Tryptify Cloud isn't right for you, write to support@tryptify.com within 14 days of a payment and we will refund that payment in full. Include the email you used at checkout.

Free trial

The free trial costs nothing. Cancel before it ends and you are never charged.

After 14 days

After 14 days a payment is not refunded, but you can cancel at any time so it does not renew. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. Unused time is not refunded, except where the law requires it or if we stop offering the service.

What happens to your music

After a refund your plan ends straight away and your music stays downloadable for 2 days, then it is deleted. Download anything you need first.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are made by Creem, our merchant of record, to the card you paid with. Your bank may take a few days to show it.
